Please read these terms of service carefully before using Botalyzer WhatsApp Automation SaaS Platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or accessing the Botalyzer platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from using this service.

2. WhatsApp Business API Compliance

Botalyzer connects with the official WhatsApp Business Cloud API. You agree to comply with Meta's developer policies, commerce policies, and WhatsApp terms of service at all times. Sending unsolicited messages, spam, or violating Meta policies may result in your account suspension.

3. Account Security & Billing

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Subscriptions are billed on a recurring monthly or annual basis depending on your plan. All pricing plan rates are shown in Saudi Riyals (SAR).

4. Custom JavaScript Execution Sandbox

Botalyzer permits execution of custom JavaScript code nodes within sandboxed serverless environments. You must not upload scripts containing malicious code, remote command executions, or security bypass payloads. We monitor resource usage limits to maintain server integrity.

5. Limitation of Liability

Botalyzer is provided 'as is' without warranties. In no event shall Botalyzer, its affiliates, or Meta partners be liable for any losses of messaging limits, delivery drops, database rows, or business revenues.
