Your privacy is highly important to us. This policy details how Botalyzer secures your database records, tokens, and customer messaging logs.

1. Information We Collect

To provide chatbot automation, we store your Meta WhatsApp Business API integration tokens, WABA IDs, phone numbers, and flow design configurations. We also collect client IP addresses and user agents strictly for analytics and SaaS security.

2. Customer Data Tables & Variables Isolation

All customer records entered into your custom Botalyzer Data Tables, variables history, and chat logs are fully isolated per user account. We do not sell, rent, or lease your database rows to any marketing third parties.

3. Safe Sandboxed Execution

Custom JavaScript scripts executed on Botalyzer are run within secure, isolated Node.js context executors. Variables from user sessions are processed in memory and only persisted to the database if you explicitly use a Database node inside your flow design.

4. Webhook Visit Tracking & Cookies

We use lightweight visits tracking on our marketing page and dashboard to log active accounts, unique visitors, and page hit volumes. This metadata helps calculate platform stats and prevents brute-force login attempts.

5. Data Erasure & Retention Policy

You retain full ownership of your data. If you delete your Botalyzer account, all associated flows, chat logs, customer profiles, database tables, and tokens will be permanently scrubbed from our active production database in accordance with standard data privacy regulations.
